EpiTracker is built to prioritize privacy and security. You control how your data is stored: you may keep it entirely on your device (Local-Only Mode) or securely sync it across devices (Cloud Sync).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your health data for advertising or behavioral tracking.

2. Data We Collect

Local-Only Mode:
All seizure records remain stored on your device. We do not access or transmit this data.

Cloud Sync Mode (Optional):

• Seizure event records and related health details
• Account information (name, email address, user ID)
• Optional profile photo

Subscription Data:
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We may use a subscription management provider such as RevenueCat to verify active entitlements. We do not receive your full payment details.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

• Contract: To provide app functionality and subscription services.
• Consent: For optional Cloud Sync and account creation.
• Legitimate Interest: To maintain and secure the service.
